  1. 2 small bananas
  2. 6 tbsp cassava flour
  3. 4 tbsp sugar
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 5 tbsp cooking oil
  6. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  7. 1/4 tsp salt
  8. 1/4 tsp vanilla powder

How to make:

  1. Mash the bananas, set aside.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar with a fork until dissolved. Add vanilla and salt. Stir again.
